We believe our gin is best served neat over ice or you can add your favourite tonic with plenty of ice for a refreshing thirst quencher.
Campari Crush
Crushed ice
30ml (1oz) iti Gin
30ml (1oz) Campari
Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Lime Wedge
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Add iti Gin and Campari, then top with grapefruit juice. Squeeze a lime wedge into the glass and add the squeezed wedge to the drink.

Ginger Beer
60ml iti Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
2 small teaspoons of your favourite jam
2 x dash bitters
Lemon wedge to garnish
Combine iti Gin, lemon juice, bitters and jam into a cocktail shaker.
Shake then strain into your favourite cocktail glass.
Top with Ginger Beer & garnish with a wedge of lemon.
iti Gin Espresso Martini
50ml iti Gin
1 shot Espresso
25ml Coffee Liqueur
Coffee Beans to garnish (optional)
Orange Peel to garnish (optional)
Brew one shot of espresso.
Combine espresso, iti Gin and coffee liqueur into an ice filled cocktail shaker.
You need to shake it well to get the crema on top.
Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
Use a few coffee beans and an orange twist to garnish if you wish.
