Who Are We?
We are Bay Distilling, a proudly local Bay of Plenty business crafting boutique gins and coffee liqueurs. Our journey began with two best friends sharing a passion for creation and learning new skills, resulting in many fun memories and exciting recipe experiments.
Our Products
Our distillers have thoroughly enjoyed the process of creating our signature Classic Dry Gin. Distilled through vapor infusion with juniper berries and beautifully balanced with nine complementary botanicals, this gin offers an incredibly pleasing palate.
Our Coffee Liqueur was specifically crafted for coffee lovers. We partnered with Havana to create a smooth, easy-to-drink liqueur that is perfect for enjoying neat or as the base for your favorite cocktails, such as an exceptional espresso martini.
Our Gin Label Design
The label for our Gin Range was created by a talented young local designer. We feel it perfectly represents the Bay of Plenty, featuring Mount Maunganui as the central motif—a focal point for many Bay locals. The design incorporates a black and white photo of the Mount, taken in the 1960s. We feel privileged to live in the Bay of Plenty and produce a local product for everyone to enjoy.
